Details
Marbzo was our selected project for the BCIT project practicum, with our client an entrepreneur seizing the current trend of collectibles. We were tasked with the creation of Marbzo's prototype, the foundation and starting point the client could use for future development when our term ended.
This game was a companion mobile game alongside our clients envisioned company Marbzo (the company). The company would sell custom made marbles with tiny figurines inside them and unique designs that could be seen and collected in-game, many with unique effects.
I was the team lead for this project and was the main point of contact for the client. I managed the project life cycle and development iterations, drove the discussion in our team and client and programmed foundations of the game.

Formal Game Description
Play Marbzo, a new free game that reinvents the famous childhood game of “marbles”; releasing in April for Android and iOS.
Using your own marble, knock down towers of marbles by rebounding off walls and interacting with various objects, exploring the beautiful hand-drawn world you’ll find yourself in. Collect marbles to nourish your character and to expand your arsenal of marbles, each with unique traits of their own.
Marbzo is easy to get into, yet challenging to finish. Players will need extreme precision to pass through the many tricky puzzles that this game offers.
Get your own marble soon, and remember, “if it’s not Marbzo, it’s not real.”
